① BRAND MANAGER
The brand manager will manage branding projects in terms of outcome quality, team building, budget control and schedule management.
Our brand manager should contribute to the growth of brands with consistency from development phase to tune-up and maintenance phase.
By understanding creative and strategy, the brand direction and advisory is required for all aspects of brand activities.
By collaborating specialists, such as (strategist, designer, etc.), project management is covering a wide range of projects (e.g. brand strategy, brand identity, store development, website development, brand direction, consultancy, and brand workshop facilitation, etc.)
More than three years working experience in a professional feild.Interested in business strategy and creatives. Experienced in advertising or PR management fields. Respectful communication skill, positive passion, and business level both in Japanese/English required!
② CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER (Art Director)
The creative production manager will lead the creative vision for all projects, unitising brand standard and managing the process from conceptualization through implementation.
Design research, trend research, designer networking, creative briefing, art direction, production management (for identity, web, printing materials, store, contents and events), developing design guideline, design audit, etc.
With strong desire for creative trend. More than three years working experience in art direction and production management. Professional knowledge about printing and coding, illustrator, photoshop and business level both in Japanese/English are also required.
③ RESEARCH ANALYST
The research analyst will lead the consumer insights through the marketing research. Research will cover trend research, consumer research, market research, case study research, benchmarking, internal employee survey, customer experience research, brand perception research, etc. Understanding digital data analysis, out analyst is in charged on designing research methodology and plan.
Research planning, methodology, audit, consumer trend research, marketing research, strategy development, networking with research agencies, etc.
Experienced in digital marketing, data analysis. Academic background in psychology, sociology. Business level both in Japanese/English are also required.
